As you have already had $197 of my time minimum to 'test drive' my coaching by the time you hire me, there are no refunds once you pay. If you pay by instalments, you are obliged to pay those instalments and not 'change your mind' after paying a few, as instalments are easy payments and not a way to defer making a decision. If you are not 100% committed to paying all instalments, you are not permitted to use that form of payment. If you require an additional refund period, please pay and then wait until two weeks are up before meeting with me, so that you have time to 'cool down' in line with the legislation specified in my terms and conditions.

In short, if you have any doubts about hiring me, don't hire me. Buy one of my courses instead. I only want to work in person with those committed to working with me. These are the people who get results.

Whatever is said between us remains between us, unless I am made aware of illegal activity or risk to yourself or others that may need to be shared for legal reasons.

That aside, unless you have made something known in a public post or some other fashion, in which case it is already in the public domain, or I have your permission to share it, what you say to me stays with me.
