Hi! I'm Rebecca,
Remember the Fruit of the Loom cornucopia? No. You don't. Because as we all now know, that pesky Timeline Weasel shifted us all onto the least inspiring timeline while ferreting, or weaselling, around inside the Large Hadron Collider.
Why? Because in another timeline, he had a condition called Cornucopia Personality Disorder, which was ALL the Cluster B disorders plus all the Cluster Z disorders, and he was told it was incurable. He found out that there was another timeline in which Cluster Z disorders didn't exist, and Cornucopia Personality Disorder hadn't yet been discovered, and he shifted here via the Large Hadron Collider. On the way, he deleted the Fruit of the Loom cornucopia and a bunch of other stuff, but he also shifted all of us into that timeline with him.
Can I prove that this furry felon stole Britney's mic and Queen's: "We are the champions... of the world"? Nope, but here are some things we also can't prove:
- That anyone is coming to save us.
- That politicians care about us.
- That social networks will continue to let us build communities for free.
- That your job won't disappear and leave you scratching your butt and cursing the Timeline Weasel as you cry into your ramen noodles.
The truth is that any of these things, and more, can be yours in this particular timeline, weasel-induced or not. But just as we can't prove that any of these things won't happen, we also can't disprove:
- That a Higher Power exists that wishes us the best and would love to give us all we want, but knows better than to hand us a fork as we stand at a live socket and scream "But I WANNA!!!"
- That we are going through a kind of education system for the soul, in which we learn through both pleasure and pain what is best for us and most aligned with our purpose.
- That today's mess could become tomorrow's message if we look at it the right way, and take simple and consistent steps in the direction of something better for us.
So, you chose your coffee or tea, you had a play with what you think your dream is, and you're ready for Step 3: Discovering the beat to which you must march if you want to reach that dream, despite any plans to the contrary that the Timeline Weasel or trolls may have.
