Meet Rebecca Bardess

Hi! I’m Rebecca. I'm a writer, coach, and serial indiepreneur who’s been building online since the dawn of the web.

I’ve helped creatives, coaches, and business misfits find their voice, honour their nervous systems, and grow authentic and aligned businesses. And I was doing it long before any of it was trendy.

These days, I blend Human Design, trauma-aware emotional intelligence, and grounded business strategy to help solopreneurs build sustainably, without selling out or burning out.

My work speaks to those who’ve outgrown bro-marketing, are done with burnout, and want to create something beautiful, on their terms.

You’ll find me weaving together ancient wisdom, future-facing tech, and just enough whimsy to keep things light and inspire the kinds of shifts that feel almost miraculous.

How Human Design Changed My Business (and Life)

Before Human Design, I was successful, but I was also burnt out, second-guessing myself, and trying to build businesses in ways that didn’t feel natural to me.

I thought I had to be “on” all the time. I pushed through emotional signals. I overrode my intuition to follow the formulas, even when they made me shrink.

Human Design gave me a permission slip I didn’t know I needed. I stopped dimming my light when I saw how I was designed to shine.

As a 2/4 Emotional Manifestor, I learned to:

• Trust my rest cycles instead of feeling guilty for them

• Honour the emotional wave before making big decisions

• Build momentum through aligned impact, not constant effort

• Understand that when people were intimidated by me, it meant my aura was doing its job, and they weren’t the ones meant to receive my wisdom

• Create invitations instead of chasing attention

It gave language to things I’d always felt but couldn’t explain.
It reminded me that business can be sovereign, seasonal, and sacred.

Now, I help other solopreneurs and creatives reconnect with that same internal compass — so they can build businesses that actually feel good to run.
